Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We ship only within the United States.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

SECTION 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
