1. Shipping Coverage
Glow Goddess currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time will be processed the following business day.
Processing includes order verification, inspection, packaging, and fulfillment coordination.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

If an order is returned due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
